My Lousy attempt to lose weights..:P

this is what supposed to be the meal plan for today.
Eat all of the fruit you want (except bananas). Eat only your soup and the fruit for the first day. For drinks- unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water.

well first of all, i wasn't planning to follow the diet religiously, i mean i'll have my own modification, i think i know my body pretty well, what it can take, and what it can survive without. i don't want to feel miserable for 7 days, that's why i think it's better to adjust it to my lifestyle. that being said, i didn't make the soup exactly as the recipe..man i bet that tastes horrible..heheh. so what i used is just the regular indonesian chicken soup recipe (kaldu ayam, garlic, nutmeg, pepper), i put the chicken too but i'm not gonna eat it on the non-chicken days, i put lots of cabbage and carrots and also tofu. i cooked some whole wheat elbow maccaroni too separately and just put them in the fridge. just in case my body is craving for some carb, i'll have them handy and i can just eat those a little bit.

btw, do you know that your brain needs at least 130 grams of carb for it to function well. (1 gram of carb = 4 calorie, so 130 grams = 520 calorie), that's a big chunk of the calorie you need per day ..and keep in mind that you don't only get carb from rice, bread, pasta and noodle..it's everywhere, egg, milk, sugar, flour, marshmallow, pudding, cheesecake, banana, pineapple, raisins, ice cream dan bwanyaakkk lagii..pretty much almost everything kali yaa...

sebenernya dari dulu gue udah berencana sih kalo pulang for good ke jakarta nanti mau ngejalanin detox gitu, jadi cuma makan buah dan sayur aja for 2 or 3 days, just to clean the body from all of the junk food i've been eating while in the states..heheh..and then i found this cabbage soup diet, sebenernya kurang lebih sama sih, it's a method of detoxification juga..jadi ya udah lah why postpone it when you can do it today kan. sebenernya kayanya it can be any soup juga sih, tapi kalo cabbage itu kan high in fiber and vitamin c..although it makes you gassy.

5 AM: a small bowl of special k cereal (the low carb one with protein plus) w/ vitamin d milk and 4 pieces of grapes. the cereal tastes really bland, kayanya enak kalo di cemplungin oreo 3 biji..hihi..but i didn't do it..grapes will do for now. and i think i have to switch to fat free milk. i know i shouldn't eat cereal, tapi biarin lahh daripada ntar pingsan, hehe..besides it's still very early in the morning kok.

7:30 AM: a cup of coffee gingseng

12:00: a bowl of soup
1:00 PM: some strawberries, nectarines, mangos, grapes..i cut all of them and put them in the big bowl, kinda like fruit salad.

3:00 PM another bowl of soup

7:00 PM another bowl of soup along with a glass of water with a slice of lemon.

i had 3 teeth extraction this morning, so my teeth and my whole mouth hurt soooo bad. i practically lie down the whole day today, it's hard for me to open my mouth, let alone eat...and i'm required to eat only soup/liquid food today, nothing too hard to chew. jadi emang cocok banget deh sama rencana dietnya..apalagi ya obat yang di kasih itu somehow makes my mouth dry, so i need to drink constantly...trus juga the medicine i took could create constipation so i have to eat food that has lots of fiber (cabbage!!)..everything plays well together...gue aja tadi jadi bingung kok bisa pas gitu yaa....i guess bener juga ya katanya paulo coelho, when you really want something, the whole universe will conspire with you to make it happen...heheh...=).

i didn't exercise today..nggak kuat, bukan karena nggak makan apa apa, but this pain is killing me. lagian memang nggak boleh exercise dulu sama dokternya for a few days. i didn't eat apple before bedtime too cause it's too hard for me to chew..but i nibbled on other fruits along the way. i think i did good for first day.
